The terms that apply when you submit a company, an opportunity or an inquiry through this website.
Before a non-disclosure agreement
Please do not send financial statements, tax returns, customer lists or other confidential material through this website. We will sign a non-disclosure agreement before requesting any of it.
No obligation
A submission does not oblige Neirastream to respond, to pursue a transaction or to make an offer, and does not oblige you to sell.
Intermediaries
I understand that no fee, commission or exclusivity arrangement exists with Neirastream unless and until it is set out in a written agreement signed by Neirastream.
Accuracy
You confirm that you are authorized to share the information you submit and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
